We will have events starting formally on Friday the 19th (although we may do a fun little hang in Florence Thursday evening if you’re in town!) and ending on Sunday the 21st. We recommend planning at least 4-5 days total, and encourage you to stay even longer and discover beautiful Tuscany!

The Villa is about 25 minutes outside of Florence! For those interested in staying in the city center, we have a room block at the amazing L’Orologio Hotel, located right off of the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. We also have some other great Florence hotel recommendations in the travel section of our site.
For those interested in a more Tuscan experience, we have two wonderful hotels recommended in the travel section, and will provide wedding day & welcome party shuttles to and from both of them.
-
Both Rome and Milan airports have direct flights from most major US cities. Each airport is about 1.5 hours by train to Florence, or, feel free to rent a car and explore the stunning Tuscan scenery as you drive into town!
-
We are more than happy to have children at our welcome party, there will be pizza, pasta, and gelato to be enjoyed by all! Please note that our wedding day will only be able to accommodate children within our immediate family.
-
Each event will have a recommended dress code, however please feel free to use our mood boards as a loose guideline and inspiration. For the welcome party, think colorful italian cocktail attire, for our wedding, think funky formal black tie (black suits and jackets for the men, colorful gowns for the ladies!).
